The Wires are insulated with a special grade PVC compound. This compound manufactured at our factory. These cables have low conductor resistance resulting in power saving.
As per specifications of IS 1554 Part I for cables upto 1100V and IS 1554 Part II for 3300V, various types of cables are available.

Bentec circuit breakers have been designed to meet stringent conditions which meet salient specifications IS;8828 IEC Pub 898(95). Bentec MCB is a high fault capacity thermal magnetic type of breaker, which protects against overload and short circuits . Overload protection is achieved with a thermal bimetal strip, which gets heated in case of overload that in turn pushes the trip latch, which releases the contacts. In case of short circuits, the high fault current energizes the magnetic coil resulting in plunger striking the trip lever, which ensures immediate release of the breaking mechanism.
right-annealed 99.97% pure low conductor resistance bare copper conductors are used to manufacture these cables. Special grade PVC compound are used to insulate the cores of the cables. The specially manufactured outer PVC jacket protects it from the oils, chemicals etc.
In house manufactured special grade PVC compound not influenced to, oil, water, acids, etc. and are sturdy to protect from any rough and tough mishandling. Bright-annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors are used to manufacture PVC Single core and Multi Core cables, hence these cables have low conductor resistance.
Residual current circuit breakers provide high degree of protection against electrocution risks to personnel handling of electrical equipment by disconnecting the main supply instantaneously in the event of a fault, while MCB’c and fuses provide protection to the electrical installation in the event of an overload or short circuit; they are totally in effective in protecting personnel against electrocution risk.
