About UsThe Group has an engineering background, going back to the 1960s, when The Group commenced operations in the form of a manufacturing / fabrication setup, initially operating from Faridabad and later on from Chennai and finally settling down in Mumbai, India. The Product range for manufacturing activities included - Tractor Parts, Industrial Valves, Boiler economizer, Water-wall, finned tubes bending, Heat Exchanger units, Piping fabrication and erection, Furniture. On commissioning of the HBJ pipeline, Bermaco got into a working relationship to set-up captive power plants with Stork Ketels, The Netherlands and Thomassen International bv, the Netherlands. Customers handled under this arrangement include - Reliance Industries Limited for its first 2 x 35 MW captive power plant at Hazira and Tata Chemicals Limited for its 2 x 30 MW captive power plant at Babrala.
Extending this arrangement allowed The Group to get involved in the business of after sales support for power projects in the country. At one time, The Group was handling more than 50 % of after sales support for GE gas turbine users in the country. Procurement of spare parts from Thomassen was handled directly by Bermaco. In the event of supply on a local currency basis, imports were handled by Bermaco and wherever the customer was comfortable with a foreign currency payment, such supplies were handled through Thomassen. |

Team / ManpowerMr. Vini Ahuja Mr. Vini Jagatsingh Ahuja started his career in 1961 with Standard Vacuum Oil Company (which later became ESSO) in the Marketing of petroleum products. He was extensively trained in operations, refining, finance and marketing operations of the company. Monish Ahuja Mr Viren Ahuja is a very successful businessman. He has many influential contacts both National as well as International that aid him in carrying out his businesses in various fields. Earlier, during the BSES Power project, Mr Viren Ahuja was actively involved in timely execution of the Power Project.
