Augmented by a group of proficient and a professionally managed team, Best Cast IT Ltd. is a leader in the Aluminum Gravity Die Cast industry. We manufacture and export aluminum die casting, gravity die casting, aluminum gravity die casting, aluminum permanent mold casting for engineering & automobile industries. The unit weight of the castings manufactured range from as low as 0.075 kg. to over 45 kg.–raw or fully machined & ready to use condition. Incepted in 1974 by Shri S.R. Kabirdass in Chennai as a Pvt Ltd company, we have moved from strength to strength. Today, growing under the pilotage of Mr. Manohar Kabirdass & Mr.Murali Kabirdass, the company has the status of a Public Limited company with the production capacity of more than 1632 million tonnes per year & turnover of approximately US $ 8 million. The credit of our growth and success rests with our team of efficient and talented engineers, management executives & other support staff and modern infrastructure.

Manufacturing Process

With our vast expertise & incredible resources, we make aluminum die casting that conform the famous quality standards. This involves a lot of r&d and use of latest & most sophisticated technologies that are used in several developed nations in the western world. The process involves several processes that include the following: Manual Movement: A conventional way that has been in practice since quite some time. The process involves the manual work; an operator controls the die opening & closing. The quality of the die casting is controlled by the running system. Tilt Pouring Method: This method has been in use Internationally for a long time. Metal is poured in a spoon fixed to the die & then tilted by 90°. Core Making: We make use of two types of cores at our facility. First is the shell & second being the sand cores for producing the aluminum casting. We are also equipped with two core shooter machines that produce shell core & manual machines.

They are low on maintenance & high on performance. Certifications like the QS 9000 and TS 16949 mirror our unrelenting commitment towards quality. Equipped with the latest machines, we conduct various tests at every level of production. All the products manufactured undergo varied rigorous tests that include test bar casting, physical testing & Spectro Analysis before continuous and regular production. We use latest Pro-E , CAD, CAM and many other technologies to minimize any possible errors or flaws.

About the Owner

Mr. Manohar Kabeerdas, ( son of late shri.S.R.Kabirdass) a Mechanical Engineer has more than 15 years of experience in Foundry, is full time Director.

Mr.K.Murale ( son of late shri.S.R.Kabirdass) is a Commerce graduate who has also put in more than 15 years of experience in foundry business , is a full time Director.
