We use premium grade aluminum alloy to manufacture pressure die cast frames and frame covers of the cheese winding machines. They are acknowledged for superior strength and long rust free life. The machines have slow falling attachment that prevents damage to drums by reducing the impact on the drums. For high performance, we make the machines equipped with technologically advanced electric motors, double sealed ball bearings and other components. The internal parts are completely enclosed in corrosion resistant frame and immersed in oil which ensures trouble free performance.

Our cone winding machine gives the possibility to optimize through inverter a good traverse of distaff. This results into better outcome both at dyeing level (dyed in yarn) and at distaff winding level in weft and warp. The speed can be graded from 700 up to 1200 meters and the machines have the facility of manual tying up and automatic oiling. Our finished cone winding machines are equipped with following components:

We use quality raw material to manufacture durable and corrosion resistant corn spurn yarn for ring spinning frames. The ring spinning systems are used in manufacturing yarns with good softness, optimal yarn structure and high flexibility. We offer the product in different sizes for the satisfaction of clients’ requirements.

Our finished doubling frames are used for Heavy duty application in doubling and twisting of the yarns. They are equipped with aluminum plug type spindle and cotton spindle. These spindles are further equipped with proven SKF HZ inserts for various applications like doubling, tyre cord twisting and draw twisting. The spindles are dynamically balanced that ensures reliable performance of the machines. Moreover, on the request of clients, special spindles for jute spinning and jute twisting are also available.

Our finished worsted ring spinning frame has range of application in the textile industry. They are self lubricating frame, available in ring or conical shape and are suitable for installation of overhead traveling cleaners. Manufactured from premium grade of steel, they are resistant to corrosion and abrasion. Specifications:
