• Quality tracking for each customer also done based on same
• Complain levels down to a level of 1.5% and targeted to get this to zero levels

• We have detailed understanding of SQC laboratory to understand which instruments are available permanently for regular quality checking as well as verifying the results for longer period to understand consistency levels
