At Bhagat we believe that crystallization is both a science and an art. And in an effort to bring you the finest and purest of crystals, we start our quality control from the very first stage of our manufacturing process. We take our Menthol through the process of multi purification.

A unique process that gives us extra white shining diamond like chips that are completely dry. And hence longer lasting. Sensitive equipment like gas chromatography linked to online computers offer support to the perfumer and flavourist to ensure consistency.The sizes of the crystals produced vary and are graded by a sieving machine from Large (Bold) to Small (Medium/Rice/Fine), before the final packaging. Along with menthol crystals we also produce dementholised peppermint oil as by-product. This can be natural/rectified/terpenless as per customer specifications.

Producing menthol powder (Flakes) and natural Mentha Arvensis oil having total Menthol 75% 80% 88% 90% is also one of our major activities. Meeting the needs of our friends worldwide who produce menthol crystals and dementholised peppermint oil like us.Our Fractional distillation system can produce Terpenes,Cis-3-Hexenol,Cis-3-Hexenyl Acetate, Methone, Liquid Menthol etc.
