The raw material consists of mild steel IS 2062, stainless steel, En series material and all types of non-ferrous materials. Manufacturing Facilities
We possess a well developed infrastructural unit that comprises of facilities such as sophisticated manufacturing unit. Our unit is spread across an area of 7500 sq. ft. with an installed capacity of 1000 units. It is well equipped with the requisite machinery and equipment for swift and easy production of our industrial supplies. We are also looking forward to expand our work by a separate 5000 sq. ft manufacturing unit which is under construction. Some of our machinery includes the following:

- Lathe machine
- Bending machine
- Special purpose machines
We also outsource the grinding process, if required. Our unit is backed with an in-house design unit, which includes CAD/CAM facility. It also has latest computer systems running authentic Autocad 2006 software. |
