Established in 1991, we commenced our operations with economic liberalization taking shape in the country. With the burgeoning needs of the industry, we catered to the pumping requirements of various industrial segments and developed our competence in manufacturing a variety of pumps.

Mr.Bhavesh Patel who is D.E (Mechanical) from Gujarat University-Ahmadabad, is in charge of marketing and quality control. We have in-house quality control mechanism that checks the quality of all our raw materials and finished products. Our in house quality control lab consists of testing and quality control instruments. We have a dedicated quality team who takes care at every stage of production, starting from designing to final finishing.
Our testing unit is replete with automated testing machines for current, wattage, frequency, high voltage, etc. of each pump that we manufacture. |

Glandless Pump
We fabricate gland less pumps which are efficient and effective in functioning. Extremely reliable in operating, our gland less pumps are widely appreciated by the industrial users.
Salient features:- No mechanical seal, stuffing box and internal bearings provided.
- No maintenance since the pump can even run dry indefinitely as there is no packing, bushes or internal bearings.
- Reduction of downtime production losses in view of above features.
- All the wet-end parts are in solid molded construction to withstand corrosion and erosion.
- The impeller is semi-open type used in our all-vertical pumps to suit both clear and polluted fluids.
- Pump is mounted outside the suction tank and is not submerged type.
Application:- Phosphoric Acid Plants: H3PO4, H2SO4, HF and their mixtures with or without solids (gypsum) up to 40% conc.
- Gas Washing Plants: Scrubbed liquids containing F, CL, SO2, Ammonia gases etc. With solids Replace hastalloy.
- Rayon Plants: Spin bath solution (H2SO4, ZnSO4, Na2SO4 etc.)
- Caustic Soda Plants: Chlorinated brine, conc. HCL, H2SO4 etc. Other application are in metal refineries, pickling Installations, paper and fertilizer plants-in fact all chemical process industries.
Range of Performance: Glandless pumps do not have any packing bush or internal bearing, full advantage can be taken of available drive speeds. The pump can be run at 1450 and 2900 RPM respectively and a range of impeller diameter for each pump size enhances performance. In general the range cover flow up to 100 m3/hr and discharge head up to 50 meters. |

Chemical Process Pump
We manufacture superior quality and high performance polypropylene horizontal chemical process pumps. Our pumps are widely used in various industrial processes.
Salient features:- The volute chamber is one piece, heavy, joint less design manufactured from Poly-Propylene (a chemically inert thermoplastic) by the use of an exclusive moulded process.
- All the wet-end parts are in solid moulded construction to withstand corrosion and erosion. Impellers are semi-open type Hydraulically balanced by back vanes, used in all pumps to suit both clear and polluted fluids. Distant piece of pumps are made from Poly-Propylene so no corrosion problem and pump leakage.
- The bearing bracket made from heavy-duty graded casting coated with anti corrosive paint. Reliable fixing of impeller on the shaft by direct thread.
- Centrifugal quiet, vibration free.
- Maximum dimensional inter-changeability in the design of our pumps.

Barrel Pump
We manufacture barrel pumps that are fabricated to perfection. Our barrel pumps are made to function exceptionally well in all environmental conditions.
