Cooling Towers

Our cooling towers are in FRP Counter Flow Designs so that optimum performance & optimal heat transfer can be achieved. It has been provided casing of structurally strong FRP materials so that it can withstand various forces and impacts. The equipment comprises fills and drift eliminator which are of strong PVC honey comb design for ensuring max heat transfer. Further, following are the other physical aspects of our cooling tower:

Water distribution system is of stationary type with branch pipes & PP spray nozzles for uniform distribution through out the fill area.
Fan is of axial flow type made of cast aluminium alloy/FRP bladed and is directly coupled to electric motor which saves from perennial headache of V-belt/gear drive.
Fan Drive Motor is TE, IP-55 weather proof, class F insulation.
Inspection/access window is provided for maintenance and periodical checking of various components of the cooling tower without disturbing the normal working of the cooling tower.

FRP Cooling Towers

Structural Specifications:

Tower Proper:
The tower power is made of galvanized light weight steel. Its main frame works possess mechanical strength and can be easily moved. Its louvers are formed not only to allow uniform air flow but also to prevent outward splashing.

Tower Body & Water Basin:
These tower bodies and water basins are made of FRP and processed galvanized steel. These have a corrosion free water basin and all legged models give ease in installing.

Fillings:
Our fillings are made of vacuum formed PVC sheet and are designed for the enhancement of cooling efficiency.

Fan:
A variable pitch, energy efficient axial flow fan made of FRP is employed to permit control of the air flow. It is driven directly through motor.

Motor:
The major part motor is specifically designed for cooling tower applications, including water proofing.

Cross Flow Cooling Towers

Our cross flow cooling towers are for cooling gases before passing them through any dust collector or bag filter. It is suggested for places where gases with high temperature cannot be used. Its forced draft in the rectangular shape is used for gas cooling at high temperature. Following are its characteristics of our forced drafts:

Timber Cooling Towers

Our timber cooling towers are made through pine or chirr wood after properly seasoned and chemically treated with arsenic chromate so as to prevent from biting, fungus and termite etc. Components like boiler waterproof plywood [marine grade], asbestos, treated woods, ss or hot dip. Galvanized bolt and nuts are used in the timber cooling towers. Marine grade plywood is used for hot water chamber in timber tower. The water is distributed by even distribution nozzles by gravity so the cost of extra pumping does not arise. This tower has the following applications:

Round Cooling Towers

We are offering round shaped fibre glass reinforced polyester (FRP) counter flow towers. With features like strength, light weight and rust resistance, it provides longer service life. Our FRP towers are absolutely idle for equipment cooling, industrial process cooling and air-conditioning systems. These counter flow round FRP towers are provided in the range of 10 TR to 400 TR. Bottle Shaped Cooling Tower

Our bottle shaped cooling towers are very reliable and energy efficient used in process technology industry. In this kind of tower, the water is fed from the top in order to distribute effectively through full cone nozzles at low pressure drop. In the whole range of cooling towers, air inlet is covered with PVC mesh and plastic louvers only if required.
