Bhandari Deepak Industries (P) Ltd. was Incorporated under Companies Act, 1956, originally on 13.07.1992 in the name & Style of M/s SJM Papers Pvt. Ltd. and subsequently changed in the name & style as Bhandari Deepak Industries (P) Ltd. on 28.03.2003 under Registration No. 06-12443 with Registrar of Companies, Jalandhar. The landmark has been achieved due to the efforts of its visionary Managing Director Mr. Deepak Bhandari and the Director Mrs. Anita Bhandari, and their diligent and meticulous team. The Bhandari Deepak Industries (P) Ltd. has proven to be one of the most stable economic contributors. Technological advances, an ability to adapt, and quality management have carried the industry through periods of economic challenges and business transitions. Environmental concerns also made recycled papers increasingly popular, which helped Bhandari Deepak Industries to grow in the lineage of paper industries.
