Incepted in the year 1982; we, Bhandari Forge & Alloy Cast Private Ltd, are widely known as manufacturer and exporter of qualitative and durable industrial forgings and automotive turned components. Leveraging on our state-of-the-art infrastructure base and modern manufacturing facilities, today we successfully cater to domestic as well as overseas markets. We have registered consistent growth rate over the years of our operation which is due to our commitment towards carefully heeding to the customer’s needs. Hence, our gamut of industrial forgings caters to the needs of various industries.

Our production works are carried out on a large scale at a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit which is spread over a total plot area of 5000 sq. ft. In order to maintain continuous growth rate, we have installed necessary machines and tools of latest make which enable us to produce only high performing steel forging. Implementation of advanced technology in the production has increased our production capacity to 200 MT per month. Some the machines and tools installed at this manufacturing unit include:

Apart from the aforementioned machines which are sourced from overseas markets along with Indian suppliers, there is large number of other modern machines which have made us capable to process bulk order of our clients. Our production unit also comprises of CNC machining facility apart from Hardening, tempering and normalizing facility.

We also have in-house designing section which is well-equipped with latest designing facilities in order to achieve perfection in designing forgings as per industrial and clients’ requirements.

Furthermore, we have made arrangements for packaging solutions of the wide assortment of our forged components. We offer bulk packaging for bulk orders received from the clients and individual packaging for small orders. For packaging, we utilize only qualitative packaging material that facilitates safe storage of the forged components during the period of transit.

We ensure that our finished products are transported to the site of our valued clients with absolute safety for their convenience. For this, we have in-house transportation facilities for local supply within the NCR region. Apart from this, we have tied-up with renowned and reputed transportation agencies which enable us to deliver consignments to the clients’ within scheduled time frame. These agencies ensure prompt delivery to the respective destination owing to utilizing fast moving vehicles.
