FRP Rods & Tubes

FRP Rods (Fiber Reinforced Plastic Rods) offered by us are used as non-metallic strength member in OFCs. These FRP Rods (Fiber Reinforced Plastic Rods are fabricated using quality raw material and their tensile strength provides the cable protection during installation. The rigidity of these rods prevents cable buckling during the life of the cable. Our range of rods combines the high performance properties of glass reinforcements with unique resin formulation to produce a strong and cost effective cable strength member.

Threaded rods are used in high voltage equipment as fasteners to clamp the lead exits , terminal connections etc. For oil immersed transformers mostly impregnated intensified wood based rods are preferred , where as for dry type or air based insulating medium fiberglass epoxy (FRP) threaded rods are preferred. We guarantee the thread shear load values for all available sizes M10,M12,M16,M20 . These threaded rods are also offered in BSW and UNC threads.

FRP epoxy pultruded tubes are being used for protections of cables & MS tie- rod in electrical industries. Antenna Random in electronic industry.and in cooled transformers. Also our Filament winding FRP tubes are used in oil - field system of sewage treatment, water pipe with electric magma and projects of chemical engineering, electrical plant, water circulation, metallurgy and medicine processing Application Field
