Easy Loc Discs offered by us are light weight and durable. These are provided in Surface Conditioning (SCF) material and in coated abrasives. In variety of material such as alox and zircon, coated abrasive, Easy Loc disc is available. Products such as wire brushes, steel wool and conventional coated abrasives are replaced by Aluminum Oxide Abrasive with a tough scrim reinforced backing for attaining consistent repeatable finish. These products are provided to the clients in medium, coarse and very fine. 

Our clients can avail from us Flap Wheels, which are used for deburring, cleaning and finishing purposes. These abrasive tools are used for grinding and polishing of channels, small openings, small diameter convex and concave surfaces, channels and recessed areas on different surfaces. These wheels are made using coated abrasive flaps. With a strong flexible resilient adhesive, these flaps are reinforced at the center. As flaps wear away evenly in use, the Flap Wheels are non-loading and non dulling. Hence, consistent finish can be attained in uniform rate of cut. In order to manufacture these wheels, we use resin bonded aluminum oxide cloth.

We have come up with Abrasive Belts, which can withstand extensive pressure. These belts are available in cloth and paper backing using silicon carbide or zirconia, aluminum oxide and alumina grains with a particular bond system. These belts are provided to the clients in different sizes and specifications, which meet their industry requirements.

Our organization provides Rubber Wheels, which are available in serration type and single piece. Made using quality rubber, these wheels are suitable for both polishing and grinding applications. Our wheels expand during rotation as these are designed with scientific principle. As per the size of the circumference of the wheels, Rubber Wheels are made. On the wheels, the belts can be easily mounted. As soon as the wheels start rotating, it grips the belt securely after expanding. The grip on the belt is loosened as the wheel stops rotating. Without deep scratches, the belt grinds and polishes, helping in attaining final positive results. The belt cuts smoothly and wears evenly. Furthermore, it can be replaced easily. 

We are instrumental in offering Sander Discs, which are used for grinding purposes. These resin discs are used in automobile and engineering industries for different types of metal working purposes. On tough, durable and flexible vulcanized fiber, aluminium oxide grain is coated by a special electrostatic coating technique. This ensures perfect grain orientation for optimum space between grains or high material removal for effective chip clearance. Free and collar cut can be attained by specially formulated resin incorporated with grinding aids.

We are instrumental in offering Sanding Stars, which are manufactured using flexible cloth backed material for finish standing. For standing very contoured profiled metal parts or wood, these products are used. With the help of industrial abrasive Sanding Stars, one can sand raised panels, contoured and flat surfaces, turnings or carvings and mouldings. Without destroying the intricate features of a work piece, "Denibbing" raised grain is possible. On a 1/4" shaft, 4" diameter cloth backed, aluminum oxide stars are securely mounted for use in drill or die grinder. The maximum operating speed is 3200 RPM.

Our organization is engaged in providing Abrasives Sleeves, which are used on expanding rubber drums. These are spirally wound single ply of coated abrasive. Smooth, chatter free operation is provided by the unique construction of sleeves thereby providing greater control of the tools to the operator. For blending, grinding, smoothing, deburring, finishing and polishing purpose of different types of flat & contoured metal surfaces. The hard reaching areas and the inside of the holes can be polished using these sleeves. On hardware with intricate or contour shapes, these sleeves prove effective.

We have come up with different types of Non-Woven Abrasives, which are available in various forms like belts, pads, rolls and wheels. To manufacture our abrasives, we use a three dimensional open structure of nylon Fibers. In order to form loose webbing, these fibers are impregnated with abrasive grains and held together by resin. Operator can attain controlled & sustained stock removal and finish, using these abrasives. Fresh abrasive grains are continuously exposed, as the Nylon fibers of the products wear away. Hence, a consistent finish is provided. The risk of gouging & under cutting of the work piece is reduced greatly by the spring like construction of Non Woven Abrasives. With air & electric hand tool as well as small bench grinder, these wheels can be used. Interleaved with flaps of coated abrasive, these products provide a resilient backing, which removes the layover effect coming across with conventional abrasives flap wheel. A deep uniformed scratch pattern is generated by the interleaved flap wheels, which is more aggressive compared to non-interleaved variety of wheel. For surface conditioning, non abrasive belts prove useful. These belts come with woven fabric embedded in the Nylon structure. For deburring, edge work and effcicient balancing of metals, these belts prove useful.
