The hammers are forged steel coated with very hard alloy. Cyclone Air Separator complete with connecting pipes and angle iron frame for cyclone.

Tray Dryer Details
Manufactured from thick mild steel sheets, these dryers are have a fresh air inlet through filter and an adjustable air outlet with a door at the front. The doors are explosion proof and can be locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. In addition to this, the internal surface is coated with heat resistant aluminum paint. These tray dryers are also equipped with adjustable exhaust damper with an arrangement for pre-filtration in the air inlet.
