Rust Preventive Oils are non drying oils, which contains non-corrosion inhibitors and other additives to protect the metal surface under various atmospheric conditions. It provides protection during transportation and storage, etc.

Servoarol Light is a premium quality low viscosity straight mineral oil, especially developed for cold rolling operations without affecting gauge accuracy. Its narrow boiling range and high IBP reduces the evaporation rate thereby bringing down the roll coolant consumption. It has inherent oiliness property to reduce friction, help metal reduction without permitting slippage. It is non-staining and non-corrosive and has good additive solubility for fats and alcohols, which are added by the aluminum manufacturers for production advantages. It meets the requirements of Food Drug Administration, USA.

These greases have excellent water resistance properties, high oxidation stability, and maximum structural stability with superior anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.

IOC Roel oils are products having good inherent oxidation stability, thereby ensuring long service life.

Servo Chain Compound is a highly specialized compound. This product is recommended for the lubrication of chains and is applied by dipping the chain in the molten compound so that it penetrates well in-between the narrow clearances of the pin-bush and bush rollers. It provides resistance to formation of tight links, thereby reducing wear and elongation of chains and also protects the sprocket and transmission components against rust, corrosion and wear.

Anti Wear Type

Servo system oils are blended from highly refined base stocks and carefully selected additives to get the best possible lubrication characteristics.

This group of anti-wear type Servo system oils is high quality hydraulic oils blended from highly refined base stocks and additives.

Servo press oils are specially developed compressor oils to provide satisfactory lubrication under prolonged high temperature and load conditions. These oils are exceptionally stable and are fortified with special additives.

It is a premium quality hydraulic fluid manufactured from highly refined base stocks having excellent lubrication characteristics and has carefully selected additives.

Copper greases offer exceptional thermal and electrical properties. This material is used in high-power electronic devices, heat pipes and other heat exchange systems.

Lubrex oils are straight mineral lubricants having good inherent oxidation stability, protect machine elements from excessive wear and provide economical lubrication.

Graphite grease is a non-melting grease that acts as a mechanical friction modifier on surfaces. It is formulated to withstand high temperature and extreme pressure. It is particularly effective in permanent mould casting of aluminum and as a plunger lubricant in aluminum and copper die-casting.

These are calcium base greases containing graphite as filler. These greases are used for general lubrication under comparatively high load and low relative displacement of interacting surfaces. These greases meet is: 508-1987specifications for grade 1, grade 2, and grade 3 respectively. These greases are recommended for leaf springs, hydraulic rams, plungers, slides, elevator cables, pantograph pans, as protective for steel wire ropes and certain anti-seize purposes.

Servotherm oils are specially developed mineral oils for use in heat transfer industrial application. These oils possess excellent thermal and oxidation stability; low volatility and low vapour pressure to give long and trouble free service life in heat transfer systems. Servotherm Medium is recommended for well-designed heat transfer systems upto 3000C

This variety of grease is a multipurpose, extreme pressure grease, used for hot and wet applications. They are widely recommended for the Steel industry, mining and extreme duty formulation.

Servoway H oils are combined hydraulic and machine way lubricants. These oils possess adequate lubricity to eliminate stick-slip and chatter under moderate load conditions and at the same time serve as hydraulic media in non-critical systems.

Servomesh SP oils are extreme pressure type industrial gear oils, which contain sulphur phosphorus compounds and have better thermal stability and higher oxidation resistance compared to conventional lead-naphthanate gear oils. These oils have good demulsibility, low foaming tendency and provide rust and corrosion protection to metal surfaces.

Servo line oils contain additives to provide good oiliness for general lubrication of machinery even under boundary lubrication conditions and provide protection against corrosion and rust even during idle periods.

Servosteel oils are premium quality, high viscosity index oil film bearing oils, possessing superior oxidation and thermal stability. These oils get separated from water quickly and have excellent film strength property to minimize wear in roll-neck bearings of steel mills.

Servocut 51 is a non-staining type neat cutting oil blended from high VI base oils and contains fatty material enhancing its free flowing and heat dissipation characteristics. It maintains light colour during service providing good visibility of machining operation and meets IS: 3065-1985 Type I Grade II specifications. This oil is recommended for machining ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. Servocut 51 is also recommended for free cutting on mild steel, which involves high spindle speeds and short cycle time, particularly on screw automats, capstan or turret lathes.

Servomet 033 is a low viscosity neat cutting oil with excellent anti-weld and lubricity characteristics required for severe machining operations of aluminum alloys, magnesium and brass. The oil has superior heat transfer property to cool effectively under high-speed operations. It is recommended for deep hole drilling and similar operations of non-ferrous metals where oil is fed under pressure to the cutting area to wash swart and debris. It can be used in some free machining operations of ferrous metals.

The OKS Food Grade Greases are designed for high performance industrial requirements. They are suitable for a wide range of applications such as food processing equipments, food packaging and logistics, baking ovens, refrigerators, toy manufacturing and the pharmaceutical industry.

Servocoat gear compounds are heavy bodied, adhesive type black bituminous lubricants fortified with special tackiness agent, which reduce oil consumption. These compounds have good load carrying ability.

Servoneum oils contain tackiness additives and are fortified with a special compound, which forms a tenacious oil film by mixing with condensed moisture. These oils have excellent load carrying ability and rust preventive properties.

Servoquench 11 is a quenching oil blended from high viscosity index base stocks having good oxidation stability, good fluidity and low volatility. This oil is used for normal quenching operations on a wide variety of steel parts such as nuts and bolts, ball bearings, certain types of brake drums and meets IS: 2664-1980 straight mineral type, grade medium specifications.

Servofriz oils possess high fluidity at very low temperatures, resist deposit formation and have reduced tendency to foam, have long service life due to good oxidation and thermal stability and ensure high condenser efficiency and reduced compressor valve maintenance due to less deposits.

lOC Process oil medium is a high aromatic heavy bodied rubber process oil. The oil is blended from selected aromatic streams produced during furfural extraction of lube oil and are used in the manufacture of automobile tyres, tread rubber and other dark coloured rubber goods such as battery casings, rubber bushes, etc. These are ASTM 101 type oils.

Servo RP 150 is a superior light bodied rust preventive inhibited with special additives. The oil forms a soft oily film over metal surface when applied by spraying/brushing/dipping and is recommended for protection of work piece against rusting during in-between operations and short-term indoor and outdoor storage. It is ideally suited for the rust protection of steel sheets during storage and transportation. The oil film can be removed easily by wiping or with the help of a petroleum solvent.

Servogem 2 and 3 are lithium soap multipurpose greases. These greases have excellent water resistance properties, high oxidation stability, and maximum structural stability with superior antirust and anti-corrosion properties. These greases resist water washout and enjoy all round acceptance for both anti-friction and plain bearing lubrication. This meets the British Timken ALG 1/57, IS: 7623-1993, IPSS: 1-09-006 specifications and US Steel 374 requirements. These greases are widely used in steel plants, heavy engineering units, textile mills, petrochemical and chemical units.

Servogem EP greases are lithium-base greases having extreme pressure properties. These possess excellent shear stability, high load carrying capacity, high oxidation stability and antirust/anti-corrosion properties. These greases prevent welding and seizure of moving parts often caused by shock loading and resist water washout. These greases meet IPSS: 1-09-005 specification and are recommended for both plain and anti-friction bearing in a wide variety of application such as automotive, earth moving equipment and general industrial machinery.

Servogem HT and HTXX are non-soap based smooth structure greases having excellent ability to withstand high temperature and severe shock load conditions. These have excellent resistance to water washout and do not get affected by mild acids and alkalies. Servogem HTXX contains MoS2 and has high load bearing ability. These greases meet US Steel 372, IPSS: 1-09-008 specifications and are recommended for the lubrication of machine elements, plain bearings and anti-friction bearings operating at high temperatures (120°C - 250°C). These greases meet IS: 12790-1989.

This is a stiff, non-melt, non-oxidizing, water resistive lubricant. It is commonly used to seal, vacuum and pressure systems.

Servocut S forms a milky emulsion with water and contains rust inhibitor to impart anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. It is used in concentration of 5% and for grinding, more dilute emulsions are recommended. For stable emulsion oil should be added to water. It meets 81S: 1115 1986 specification and is recommended for a variety of cutting operations on ferrous and nonferrous metals.

It is an open gear compound of bituminous base a non-inflammable diluent. It has good load carrying ability. The diluent evaporates after it is applied, leaving a uniform film on the gears. This compound has a low pour point, which makes it suitable for use in low ambient temperature conditions.

Servo system HLP oils are premium hydraulic oils having outstanding lubrication characteristics with anti-wear properties, excellent thermal/oxidation stability and high FZG rating.

Servo spin oils are blended from highly refined low viscosity base stocks having inherent oxidation and chemical stability. These oils are further fortified with special additives.

Servolube oils are non-detergent stationary diesel engine oils, fortified with antioxidant, anti-wear and corrosion inhibitor additives.

These oils meet the lubrication requirements of heavily loaded mill roll bearings in sugar mills. These oils prevent corrosion of bearings and have excellent resistance to leakage.

Servosynco 270 is a synthetic compressor oil having high viscosity index and natural antiwear properties. Servosynco oils are synthetic long drain compressor oils. These have excellent oxidation and thermal stability with high viscosity index coupled with their higher flash point, auto ignition temperature, low oil consumption rate and easy storability.

Servosynth oils are water-soluble synthetic grinding coolants. The solutions prepared from these coolants are clear and free from any oil or fatty matter. These products have remarkable anti-rust characteristics. Servosynth 5 contains a special inhibitor, which protects cuprous metal components of machine tools and is specially recommended for grinding operations of iron, steel non-alloyed steel and nickel-chrome steel. Servosynth 2 is recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys only. These oils are not recommended for machining of non-ferrous metals. These oils meet IS: 11186 - 1985 specification.

Servotexshine SD oils are blended with non-staining light coloured oils of non-mineral type possessing inherent detergent qualities. These oils are further additive treated to impart oxidation resistance, anti rust, anti-foam and anti-wear characteristics.

Servotexshine oils are scourable type of textile oils designed for the lubrication of textile machinery particularly, the looms.

Servo prime oils are premium turbine oils exhibiting oxidation stability of the highest order, excellent demulsibility and resistance to foaming combined with the ability to release entrained air quickly.

Servo vacuum oil VM4 is a specially developed product having low vapour pressure and high thermal stability.
