We wish to introduce ourselves, as the manufacturer of Interlocking Paver Blocks. We “BHARATH PAVERS” a Partnership concern was formed in the year 2000. Both the Partners are qualified Civil Engineers, involved in the Construction industry for the past 15 years in Trichy. In order to diversify the Business activity, We have spent nearly six months for the R & D works.
The factory is situated at Mathur 10 Kms away from Trichy in the industrial area. The Extent of the factory is nearly 35000 sq.ft. Blocks are produced ina Heavy Duty machine with a capacity of 2000 sq.ft. Production per shift. Electronic weigh batching and a Mix Design got from REC Trichy are the main factors for our success in the field.
We are able to achieve M60 Grade strength Blocks in our Machine. Varying thickness Ranging from 60mm to 100mm thick Blocks can be produced and also Kerb blocks for retaining wall can be produced.
We have 200KN Compression Testing machine supplied by AIMIL in our premises itself. Curing, stacking and delivery are properly monitored.
So far we have supplied 30,00,000 sq.ft Blocks with the order ranging from 150 sq.ft to 1,00,000 sq.ft. Our Valuable Customers include Indian Oil (Registered Vendor), Reliance (Direct Supplier), CPWD, REC (Tiruchy), Tiruchy Airport, HAPP (Tiruchy), BHEL, PWD, Police Housing Corporation and Textiles (Thirupur).
