About Us
Incepted in the year 1980, Bharat Rubber Udyog has made a strong foothold for itself in the rubber components industry. Our products cater to diverse industry requirements efficiently. The array of products comprise of body building profiles(rubber glazing), wind screen profiles, door rubber profiles, U-type profiles, glass run channels with flock, sponge and solid pipes, strips & cords profiles, container seals profiles, viton and silicon rubber cord, low pressure hosepipes, architectural profiles, electrical panel profiles, moulded rubber components and special profiles. We source raw materials from certified vendors to ensure that the quality of the finished product is not compromised at any cost.

Our Sister Concern We have already made a market for our products internationally and very soon will become the undoubted winners in the rubber components industry. The first step towards realizing our dream was branching out to expand our business across the globe. This happened with the set up of our sister concern Rahul Rubber Works that is engaged in manufacturing low pressure hose pipes widely used in the automotive industry. Product Spectrum We manufacture a wide array of products like rubber profiles, rubber extrusion, viton & silicon cords that are extensively used across diverse industries. Our hose pipes are compatible with radiator hose of products of JCB, L&T and Hitachi make. Apart from this, our hose pipes are also compatible with tractors and other automobiles of reputed companies. |

Raw Materials Used We manufacture our products by using high quality raw materials that include natural rubber, EPDM rubber, neoprene rubber, food grade rubber, viton & silicon rubber. The use of EPDM makes the products resistant to extreme weather, abrasion, tearing, high temperature etc. They also become flexible at low and high temperature and durable. Infrastructure Bharat Rubber Udyog, has a well oiled infrastructure fitted with hi-tech machines to facilitate production work. We have all the requisite machinery and infrastructure to carry our design and engineering, prototyping, production and finishing work. All the raw materials are brought into our production unit only after thorough inspections. These raw materials are then compounded into different batches as per specifications. Each batch is blended in our advanced unit at a set time, temperature and other specifications. We are equipped with state-of-the-art molding facilities to enable accurate and flawless production. Our injection molding press is operates automatically churning out batches of molded products ready to be sent for finishing finishing touches. |

Testing Facility Our unit has an in-house testing laboratory equipped with advanced testing tools and equipment. These equipment test the finished products on the parameters of tensile strength, resistance to temperature, moisture, elongation etc. At our testing laboratory, we also test the products with the help of certain chemical tests. Our physical tests coupled with the various chemical tests determine the durability and reliability of the final product. Quality Assurance Our commitment to quality and adherence to international standards of quality have taken our company on a higher pedestal and made us a name to reckon with in the industry. We have a separate department of quality inspection with inspectors. Their work involves keeping a track on the various stages of production and also the testing stage and point out the problem areas. |
