Special Water Proof Tarpaulins

Features:

• Made out of scoured and/or dyed and waterproof cotton canvas or duck
• Special proofing mixture mainly consists of wax emulsion and a binding agent
• Are light in weight and easy to handle
• Available in different finish varieties

Common Water Proof Tarpaulins

Features:

• Made out of waterproof cotton canvas or duck
• Common proofing mixture consist of paraffin wax with suitable ingredients
• Mostly used to cover trucks, machinery & other goods

Poly Tarpaulins:

• These come with HDPE & LDPE lamination done on both the sides
• Used for trucks and general purpose demands
• Full range of colours
• Feature plain weave and U.V. resistant finish

Some of the processes involved in meeting the production demands of waterproofing products include:

• In the first stage of the operation, we procure high quality yarn from reputed local manufacturers and traders
• After conducting relevant checks, the yarn is sent to the TFO twisting machines, where it is twisted to meet the basic requirement of fabric
• Then the twisted yarn goes into the warping machines, to be readied for weaving
• The canvas is scoured, dyed, soaped and washed in Jumbo Jiggers in the processing section
• At final stage, the finished product is waterproofed, dried and chemically processed to suit end-use requirements
