We, Bhatawadekar Bros Private Limited, are a Private Ltd. Co., engaged in the manufacture and export of various special purpose machine and material handling equipment. Apart from this category of machine and equipment, we also offer various crane spares and testing machine. Our range includes crane parts, special purpose machine, industrial crane parts, industrial special purpose machine, hydraulic press, filter press, hydraulic filter press, cable testing machine, tensile testing machine and stilling machine. All the products can be custom developed as per the definite demands of our clients.

To ensure production of flawless products, we use innovative technology and efficient manufacturing process. We also have a fully equipped machine shop at Mumbai. To meet the production schedules and provide innovative products, we possess a state of the art infrastructure compromising of a manufacturing unit and an in house design unit. The production unit is spread over an area of 6000 square feet. Its production capacity is dependent on the quantity of orders received by us.  The unit includes various materials handling equipment such as:

• Crane
• 7.5 tons capacity chain pulley block with moving trolley
• Gantry with 5 tons capacity chain pulley block with trolley
• Moving on one I beam with 5 tons capacity chain pulley block with trolley

Various machines installed in the manufacturing unit include following:

The production unit also contains wide open area which includes various lifting facilities for heavy fabrications. These facilities include:

• 5 ton capacity, 7 meters height with trolley - 1 no
• 7.5 tons chain pulley block with trolley
• Overhead crane fixed, 7.5 tons with 7 meter height
• Overhead crane moving on rail 12.5 tons capacity with 8 meter height with trolley

The manufacturing unit is supported by an in house design facility which ascertains to create designs as per the latest market demands and customer’s specifications.
