Based on the Manutork mechanical loader, the Autotork offers automatic calibration of the electromechanical torque wrench 730D, the electronic torque wrench Sensotork 712 and the electronic angle-controlled torque wrench Sensotork 713. All mechanical torque wrenches are calibrated semi-automatically (click-type) or manually (indicating type and individual values).
Easy selection of user language and the torque wrench to be calibrated, logical navigation within the menu structure and clear display of readings via a 7" touchscreen. The amount of time and effort required for calibration is considerably reduced by the power drive and intelligent controller. After calibration in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789: 2003, it is possible to print out a calibration certificate. The data can be transferred to the PC via USB or Ethernet.As with the Manutork, measurement with the Autotork does not involve adjusting the point of application of force. This prevents measuring errors caused by the point of force application being changed. Thanks to a low-friction linear ball bearing, the torque wrench is automatically levelled as it is placed in the unit. A further linear ball bearing ensures the contact with the torque wrench is friction-free. The reduction in lateral forces acting on the transducer and in the friction on the point of contact with the torque wrench results in a corresponding reduction in mismeasurement. Measurement possible without moving the point of application of force : Thanks to a specially designed force transmission system, mechanical loader No 7791 avoids the risk of the point of force application shifting during the calibration process. The lever below the test rail is actuated in a linear direction by the handwheel acting on a spindle. The linear motion is translated into a rotary movement which acts on the transducer. The torque wrench to be calibrated remains in the same position throughout the calibration process.
