Our Concrete Batching Mixing Plant is specially designed section used for sturdy construction of 12 mm thickness and skip hoist track. This single shaft compulsory mixer comes with a two zone counter flow mixing system to achieve homogeneous and speedy mix Replaceable Ni-hard in the mixer. Further it also has a heavy duty radial drag-line scrapper with boom and is ideal as a close conveying and weighing system for cement.
Moreover the fully automatic PLC based weigh batching system enables it to aggregate cement & water separately ensuring maximum accuracy. It is easy to erect and dismantle due to bolted type design, simple and economical foundation. The plant also comes with a glass cabin for inspection of all operations.
