Our clients can avail from us an array of Turnkey Concrete Batching Mixing Plants. This system combines the power of a PLC and Dedicated Batch controllers to provide reliable and accurate control and can handle 4 scale with up to 5 aggregates, 2 Cements plus water and admixture. The dedicated batch controllers for each scale provide indication of the weight and also directly control the feeders for each component. This 'direct' control method gives better feeding accuracy compared to the commonly used 'in-direct' control where the feeders are controlled by the PLC whereas the weight input given to an indicator.
Further the PLC handles the complex inter-locking and sequencing functions to provide error free continuous operations. Our range also comes with the manual desk that is equipped with push buttons, indications and change over switches. Each device in the plant can be operated manually completely by-passing the Auto system. Moreover the amimic diagram vividly displaying the plant operations help the operator control the process efficiently.
