Details are as follows: ANCHORING & GROUTING We execute base plate & foundation bolt grouting with epoxy and cemetitious base high strength flowable grouts. These fall in 2 cateogaries, either resin based or mechanical based system. We offer a wide range of products to the construction industry in the fields of anchoring according to specific needs & technical requirements of the clients. STRENGTHENING OF STRUCTURES Inadequacy due to under design, corrosion leading to depletion of reinforcement, spelling of concrete cover zone, earthquake disaster etc may require structural strengthening to make up for the structure to its desired value.

Concrete surface preparation.

Exposed steel reinforcement protection with Polymer Modified Protective coating.

Repair & retrofiling with Cement Sand Mortar admixed with Acrylic Polymer to make PMC or PMM.

Crack bridging anti carbonation protection on large concrete surfaces with elastomeric polymer modified cemeutitious coating.

Joint sealing the polysulphide or polyurathane sealants.

Basement Waterproofing:
CHALLENGES:
Dampness or water seepage in the basement area through capillary action & due to high water table or inadequate protective measure during construction.

 SOLUTIONS:

After thorough cleaning of the affected area,injection of low viscous cement slurry will be done with greeting admixture to stop any seepage/leekage.

Then to apply ready to use Polymer Modified Water Proofing Membrane.

Demolition & dismantling of structures after they are occupied required special care & equipment wid which work could be executed with least disturbance and max efficiency. Such dismaqntling minimizes the vibration transmission in the structre & thereby ensuring the safety of structure. We have special diamond cutting machines like saw cutter, concrete punching machine, vertical wall saw, electrically operated drilling machines, chipping machines etc to undertake these jobs.

UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION & TUNNELING WORK

We also execute dry & wet shotcreting, Rock bolting & Consolidation Grouting, in underground structures viz., HRT,
Powerhouse, Pressure shafts etc. We execute total repair work in tunnels, power house, dam & spillway.

BRIDGE REPAIRS

We have executed repair works in railway bridges & road over bridges under NHAI in different states in India.

Floor hardness is necessary to make the top layer of the flooring extremely tough in terms of its enhanced compressive strength & abrasion resistance. While dry shake floor hardeneres are in powder form & are applied at the time of flooring,where as liquid colourless floor hardeners are applied after the concrete is completely cured & set in 28 days. We have a team of applicators for both types of floor hardness.

FIBRE REINFORCED FLOORING

We have the latest equipments & trained applicators for the execution of Vaccum Dewatering System. It ensures suction of excessive water & inturn creating dense impermeable concrete. Power toweling helps in making the floor attain excellent finish with proper compaction.

REPAIR & REHABILITATION

Mechanical Damage

CHALLENGES:

Loading & impact damaged architectural precast classing panels(from time of original construction). Cracks & inadequate cover over steel reinforcement.

SOLUTIONS:

Removal of loose concrete & preparation of exposed reinforcement.

Protect reinforcement with Polymer Modified Corrosion Protection Coating.

Replace damaged concrete with Repair Mortar(Polymer Modified concrete/Mortar).

Provide an uniform attractive surface finish & protection with cement based/epoxy coating.

Removal of all damaged concrete.

High pressure water jetting(also to reduce residual chloride levels)

De-rusting of corroded steel reinforcement & treating with Polymer modified conting.

Repair by using Micro concrete mixed with acrylic polymer.

Chemical Damage
CHALLENGES:
Aggressive chemical/saine attack on the concrete. Followed by corrosion of the steel reinforcement in a high temperature,high humidity & marine environment.
SSA SOLUTIONS:
Removal of damaged concrete & rust from exposed reinforcement.
Protect reinforcement with Polymer Modified Corrosion Protection Coating.
Apply Epoxy bonding agent by brush.
Replace damaged concrete by coumiting/shotexting admixed with powder accelerator.

Corbonation Damage:
CHALLENGES:
Inadequate concrete cover to steel reinforcement with extensive cracking,staining & spalling after depth of carbonation reached the steel.
