We have installed all types of Imported machines for the machining and teeth cutting of gears and have all types of instruments to check the same. We are into this gears field form last Five decades and supplying to the renowned companies in India and Abroad.
We are manufacture of Paper Mill Dryer up to 2000 mm Dia and length 6000 mm Deckle. These are made out of High Grade Cast Iron Free from Hair Cracks, Sand Inclusions, Blow Holes and other Foundry Defects for which we have Install the proper equipment. The machining is done on imported NILES U.S.A. LATHE having Rigid and Precision Grinding Attachment to give mirror Finish on surface of dryer. We have also installed suitable imported V.T.L. for machining of Dryer End Covers. After Machining and Fitting it is properly checked by Hydraulic pump under 7 kgf pressure or as per customer requirement. Our Dryers are Balanced with Lead. We also undertake the job for Dryers including change End Covers, Testing and Balancing.
We also undertake reconditioning of every type of Gear Boxes. Teeth cutting of Gear is done. |
