Presently, we are manufacturing M.G Kraft paper for packaging industry, for agriculture and industrial products. We have more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing of Kraft paper to the best satisfaction of our customers which are located in and around.

We have complete plant and machinery sister unit to cater for maintenance, development and implementation of required machinery. All our major activities are well headed by our promoter Mr. P.V.Kshatriya who has a vast knowledge and experience. His efforts have earned us a goodwill in the market.

We have taken up another machine for re construction to cater higher grades of multilayer kraft liner to be used for exportable corrugated boxes in future. This unit will be four layer mold/former combo machine.

We put strong focus on the the quality compliance of our products so that impurities are very well eliminated. Our quality analysts keep close watch each phase of production, so as to produce the most defect free range. While testing the products, we take bursting factor as our major focus. We do take fluting media and bottom layer into our consideration while checking the quality. As per our bursting strength, we take into following parameters into our consideration:

All our quality analysis and tests are conducted at our well developed manufacturing unit. At our unit we are provided with all the facilities of testing.

We have strict quality control over raw materials to procure from well trained suppliers who have been specifically developed to get quality raw materials. At our production unit, we have advanced laboratory to check various parameters during paper processing to ensure correct quality at every point. We further consider thew following:

• Continuous up gradation of requirement is fulfilled by well trained staff.
• Goods manufactured, in reel form, are accurately weighed on well maintained weighing machine supplied and maintained by ''Avery India''.
• Every roll is marked with production code so as to have access for exact time and date of manufacturing
• In case of complaints regarding quality and quantity is easily co related with responsible manpower to avoid customers inconvenience.

We are well equipped with a spacious factory area of 30000 sq ft wherein we comprise all the facilities which are needed for perfect production. At our unit we are well equipped with all the advanced technologies such as CAD and CAM facilities for better design and development. We are well facilitated with most suitable Deckle-- 72” to 78” for better functioning. For efficient production, we are waste paper as our raw material. Further, we are using modern machines necessary for qualitative manufacturing, some of machines we use are:

• Refining machine
• Paper machine
• Fitting & rebinding machine

Our excellent manufacturing facilities have earned us a production capacity of 9000 tons per annum. So we are putting concentration on quality of our products.

We are having complete plant and machinery sister unit maintenance, development and implementation of required machinery. Most of the machines are designed and manufactured considering our experience in house quality team. Material handling is completely done by E.O.T cranes in manufacturing and dispatch section. We are supported by quality electrical uninterrupted power supply directly from 11 KVA overhead lines. We are working in three shift under qualified supervisors or each shift headed by production manager and senior paper maker under our directors.
