Integrated Drip Lines Our clients can avail from us a unique gamut of integrated drip lines that are widely used across various parts of the world and can be customized to suit the unique requirements of our clients. These integrated drip lines are available at industry leading prices and are reckoned for their excellent performance and reliability. 1) Adriline : Applications :
- Used for irrigating row crops, fresh vegetables, potatoes, vineyards, orchards and greenhouse applications.
- Ideal for long irrigation laterals particularly in cotton, banana and sugar cane plantations.
Main Features :
- Contains a turbulent flow emitter inseparably welded to the inside wall of the tube at different spacing.
- Its Labyrinth type emitter features a self-cleaning built-in strainer at its inlet.
- Its jointless design guarantees longer lateral lengths with uniform emission.
- Easy mechanical installation and recovery irregardless of crop density.
- Multi outlet emitter for a more uniform water distribution.
- Easily buried underground when produced with a special root repellent material that protects it from the closing typically caused by roots.
- Easy roll-up, storage and re-use season after season.
Technical Features :
- Adriline is produced in two different diameters mainly 16 and 20mm at a thickness of 1.0mm for both types.
- Two nominal discharge rates, mainly 1.6 LPH and 3.9 LPH for the 16mm diameter, and the 1.8 LPH and 3.8 LPH for the 20mm diameter, are available.
- Emitter spacing is available starting from 20cm up to 100cm at any interval.
- The pipe is produced using a mix of LDPE and LLDPE extrusion grade material. The emitter is produced of LLDPE injection grade.
- Recommended filtration is 120 mesh, using a screen or disc filter.
2) Adritape 30/25 : Applications :
- Used for irrigating all types of vegetables, strawberries and crops with underground irrigation requirements.
- Particularly useful in irrigation of cotton, banana plantations, sugar cane, corn and fodder crops due to the long irrigation lateral lengths that can be applied at low investment cost.
Main Features :
- A light tape featuring a continuous wide labyrinth strip forming the emitter that is inseparably welded to the pipe's upper wall.
- Unlike most tapes, which are formed from a sheet of plastic, welded at the emitter peripheries, it features a complete extruded pipe.
- Limited clogging due to the self-filtration at the emitter inlet and its relatively wide labyrinth path. Its turbulent passage helps keep contaminants in suspension.
- No welding joints between the pipe and the internal strip, allowing the system to withstand higher working pressure.
- Extra longitudinal strength of the pipe due to the continuous internal strip.
- Standard short emitter outlet spacing (three to ten per meter) offering a complete uniform wetting zone along its length at no extra cost.
- Low pressure drop due to the flow rate per outlet, allowing longer laterals.
- Used in underground applications when produced with a special root repellent material that protects it from the clogging typically caused by roots.
- Easy to install using simple automatic coiling machines.
- Used for one season or more depending on the pipe thickness.
- A low cost high return irrigation system.
Technical Features :
- Adritape is produced in different thickness, mainly 8mil (0.2mm), 10mil (0.25mm), and 12mil (0.3mm).
- The emitter spacing is produced in lengths of 10cm, 20cm or 30cm.
- The mean flow rate of the emitter.

Treadle Pumps Item Code: Ecoflo The "Ecoflo" Plastic Treadle Pumps provided by us has been developed and patented under patent registration no: 210928 dated 3-12-07. Treadle pumps have been in use since many years but only in improvised forms. The basic treadle pump comprises two metal cylinders with pistons that are operated by a natural walking motion on two treadles. The treadle pumps are ideal for manually irrigating small land holdings of one hectare or less and have many advantages over motorized pumps. Some of the advantages are :
- Lack of fuel cost and negligible maintenance makes it cost-effective.
- Can be used in inaccessible and remote places with no electricity, and located near any water source.
The range of Ecoflo treadle pumps developed and patented by us works on the same principle of reciprocating suction pump and has the following significant features :
- The pump manifold and fittings, cylinders and pistons are all made from injection molded engineering durable thermoplastic with close tolerances and with every component designed with ribs and reinforced sections to meet the most stringent conditions of wear and tear.
- The whole unit including the fabricated structure is portably designed in such a way that it weighs just 12kgs so a person weighing 60 kg should easily carry the unit, then should be able to suck upto 5000lph water from upto 7mtrs depth and pump it to a level upto 15mtr, a pressure enough to run a drip /sprinkler irrigation system or to transfer water to long distances upto 500mtrs.
- The pump has a metal frame structure to support the thermoplastic “Cylinder-Piston manifold block assembly” in the firm position. The hollow steel powder coated frame structure is designed in such a manner that the plastic molded assembly doesn’t require to be bolted or fixed. It is secured perfectly in place protected from mechanical strains.
- The piston design and the mounting of the rubber gaskets are aimed to get minimum frictional losses.
- The one and the only pressure treadle pump of its kind. The only alternate solution to electric pump.
- No operating cost. Simple & effortless pedaling/stepping motion.
- Very efficient design to give best results with minimum muscle power.
- Available in 1.5” & 2” nipples for connecting the inlet & outlet pipes.
- Water from nearby natural sources like rivers, lakes, ponds etc can be brought and stored for irrigation by means of The Ecoflo Treadle pump into simple manmade reservoirs with simple and low cost pond liners.
- Optional Standard Accessories include suction pipe (50mm dia) - 7mtrs with specially developed foot valve and 25mtrs PE delivery pipe roll.
