BCPL is one of the major cylinder suppliers to the leading public sector LPG marketing companies in India like Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and have so far supplied nearly one million LPG cylinders to these marketing companies. It also produces refrigerant cylinders (non-refillable and refillable), stainless steel cylinders, refillable cylinder, function valve, refillable lpg cylinder, multi function valve for special applications, automotive LPG cylindrical and toroidal tanks in various sizes and capacities. Apart from this BCPL is also engaged in the manufacturing of multi-function valves used in automotive applications onboard for LPG. The same section is producing LPG cylinder valves and valves for disposable cylinders.

Besides domestic marketing BCPL have also been exporting products to the countries like Kenya, Nigeria and Mozambique directly and various other countries all over the world indirectly. For export to European market its LPG and Helium gas cylinders carry PI marking from Bureau Veritas. It also has cylinder manufacturing approval from US Department of Transportation to manufacture and market DOT – 39 cylinders. BCPL is in the process of getting ISO / TS : 16949, ISO 14001 : 2004 and OHSAS 18001.

BCPL’s manufacturing facilities are approved by Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON). Its products have the certification of conformity from M/s Intertek (India) who are the official inspectors of Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).

Bhiwadi Cylinders Pvt. Ltd is progressing under the aegis and guidance of its director Mr. Manvinder Singh. He is a qualified Electrical Engineer from University of Delhi and holds immense experience in the field of LPG cylinders and components. He graduated from college in 1983 with first division and distinction.

 

His credentials are mentioned below:

 

• Started his career as assistant engineer in the maintenance department of National Thermal Power Corporation. He served the company for two years

• Qualified engineering services examination (1983) to join Indian Railways as AEE

  • Extensively worked in various branches of railways, railway electrification & traction and manufacturing units

  • In 1986, joined Sapphire (India) Pvt. Ltd and worked for LPG cylinder industry towards recovery and profits

  • Diversified the company into statutory testing of LPG cylinders and hot repairs of LPG cylinders

  • Developed railway parts for supply to Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala

  • In 1998, promoted Bhiwadi Cylinders Pvt. Ltd for hot repair work and then later started production of LPG cylinders

   

By making use of CR steel and HR steel, we are manufacturing a quality assured range of LPG, helium & refrigerant cylinders and associated components. Available in several dimensions and specifications, these are offered to our clients in standard as well as customized forms. Our wide range comprises LPG Cylinders, Auto LPG Cylinders, Refillable Refrigerant Cylinders, Disposable Refrigerant Cylinders, Multi Function Valve, LPG Cylinder Valve, Refillable Cylinder, Function Valve, Refillable LPG Cylinder and Helium Cylinders.

For carrying out streamlined operations, we have developed four production lines in Bhiwadi, which is at a distance of 70 Kms from the National Capital, Delhi (India). Set up over a sprawling area of 1,83,000 square feet, our manufacturing unit is equipped with advanced equipment for producing LPG, auto LPG, non-refillable and refillable cylinders and valves.

These hi-tech machines allow us in maintaining an annual production capacity of around one million cylinders. We are also facilitated with an in-house design unit and CAD/CAM facility that enable us to process customization demands of our clients.
