PET Resins & Chips

Our pet chips, commonly known as polyester chips or polyethylene terephthalate chips is made up of any type of plastic or polymer. Depending on the process, pet might be both amorphous (transparent); a bright or super bright chip and as a semi-crystalline material known as pet semi-dull chips. These high quality chips without silica & cio2 contents are used to make pet film. The film grade polyester chips are available in super bright and additive (silica) range. Made in very thin specification, excellent clarity is the starring feature of these film grade pet chips and even the slightest mistake in raw material can prove to be harmful for film quality.

Two types of film:

• Plain (both side untreated (ut)

• One side corona treated film (ct) whose application is printing & lamination, metallization, embossing, holograms, thermal lamination.
