Since 1987, Bhrigu Exports (Formerly: Intermark Exports Pvt. Ltd.) began as a family run business of manufacturing and exporting various kinds of plain and embroidered silk fabrics. The family hails from Rajasthan and belongs to the traditional business community of India.

The company has manufacturing bases at Calcutta, Varanasi, Bangalore, Bhagalpur, Surat and Amritsar.
