Injection molding machines: We have 15(100ton -1000ton) injection molding machines which are taken from Korea, China, Taiwan & India .

 Post Molding Operation: Our post molding operation is equipped with painting, printing & screen printing facilities. Some of them include:

• Screen Printing machine
• Hot Foil Stamping machine
• Ultrasonic welding machine

Our Tool Room manufacturing unit offers reverse engineering facilities that include:

• White light scanner (Out Sourcing)
• Software (Image ware) for converting scanned data into 3D(Out Sourcing)
• Rapid prototyping (Out Sourcing)

The machines which makes us capable to deliver quality end products and allow us to give them exclusive finish are:

• Pentium IV mechanical desktop, solid/ surface machining / drafting
• Softwares for simulation of injection molding

We have three well equipped manufacturing units with a high installed capacity. One of our manufacturing unit is located at Gurgaon with an area of 70,000 Sq ft. In Parwanoo and Baddi, our other two manufacturing units are located which are spread over an area of 65,000 sq ft feet and 15000 sq ft respectively.
