# He was a President of "Milind Social & Sports Club Pune Camp" (leading club of pune) for five years during his collage days. He organized a number of social, Cultural, Sports an Political programs. Also conducted Football, Cricket and Aatya-Patya tournament on state level.
# In 1968, He started "Buddhist Training School" in Bhimpura, where hundreds of students completed their religious course. They are now not only in Pune but all over Maharashtra carrying on the religious work. He has leaded a Buddhist Delegation to attend "World Buddhist Conference" held in Bangkok - Thailand in 1968.
# In 1971 -72 he joined Police Force in Police Training College Nasik. He has completed 35 years of meritorious & distinguished service in Police Force at various places such as Pune City, Thane City, Solapur City, Navi Mumbai and Raigad City in Maharashtra State. He has investigated more than thousand of important cases with excellent detection record. He have vast experience in "Traffic Police Branch"and was instrumental in bringing out good changes to regulate the traffic in Pune and Thane city. He has created a number of parking lots, due to which the traffic movement not only became smooth but also enhanced the beauty of the cities.
