Salient Features: - Designed and manufactured to suit critical hygienic conditions of pharma and food industries(GMP MODEL).
- Detachable bottom is operated by hydraulic cylinders and held tightly with zero leakage, no bolting requirement.
- Offered in various materials of constructions, like stainless steel, hastelloy, titanium, carbon steel, rubber lined and lead lined.
- Offered in a wide range of filtration area capacities upto 15.5 sq. meters. (4.5 mt. dia)
- The filtration process is very fast. Significant squeezing of filter cake is possible, thereby resulting in considerably lower residual moisture in the cake, resulting in reduction in energy requirement for drying of filter cake by upto 40% depending on cake characteristics.
- Method of operation is totally enclosed, neat and hygienic. These conditions are excellent for solvent recovery, handling of toxic and hazardous materials without human intervention.
- Enables easy non-manual and automatic cake / solid discharge. Scraper blade is provided to scrap the material which may stay on shell.
- The unit is designed with minimum maintenance features.
Hollow shaft and hollow blades for thorough drying. - Specially designed tank cleaning nozzle is provided for thorough cleaning of inside of filter body(CIP).

Salient Features:- The working principle of the cone mixer is three dimensional originated from rotating elements in combination with a conical vessel.
- The mixing screw conveys the product from bottom of the vessel to the products surface.
- The orbital arm orbits the mixing screw along the inner vessel wall causing convective mixing of particles and shear.
- The speed of particles in the downward mass flow when recirculated by gravity in a conical vessel increases as the vessel diameter decreases. The result of these simultaneous actions is a fast and intensive mixing with low consumption of power together with high standards of mixing accuracy.

Salient Features:- Container of fluid bed dryer is made out of MS / SS304 / SS316 / aluminium as per requirement. The perforated sheet & fine wire mesh screen will be provided at the bottom for proper air distribution.
- Heating can be supplied with electrical, steam, thermic fluid or hot air generator.
- Electrically heated dryer will be provided with heating element of suitable rating having MS galvanized / stainless steel construction. steam / thermic fluid radiators are made out of MS / SS tubes with MS / SS / AL fins as per requirement.
- Control panel will consist of digital temp. controller, starter for blower, synchronous timer for batch time setting, indicating lamps, fuses, main isolator switch etc.

Salient Features:- Three actions in one machine i.e. drying, pulverizing & size classification.
- Dust free operation.
- Product fineness & moisture content are easy to control.

- Uniform Drying, larger particles with higher moisture content do not pass through classifier rotor & therefore have larger residence time.

Salient Features:- Higher thermal efficiency due to the stirring action of product and high vacuum application.
- Improved product quality due to low temperature drying.
- Full recovery of solvent is achieved.
- Lower energy consumption compared to any other conventional batch dryer.
- Breaker bars are provided to break the lumps and disintegrate the particles size.
- Stealite or s.s. surface is provided at gland packing, area of shaft for its long life.
- Nitrogen purging arrangement is provided if necessary in stuffing box and at discharge point.
- Dust catcher cleaning arrangement with pulsation by nitrogen jet or air jet injector is provided.
- The design of paddles is such that reversal of electric motor direction is not necessary for discharging product. Hence the life of motor, gear box and equipment is increased.
- Dish end's design is also manufactured on request.
- Sealing either stuffing box or mechanical seal.

Salient Features:- Contact parts in stainless steel 304 or 316.
Baffles provided for ease of mixing / blending. - Manhole with gasket is provided to fix baffles and for ease of cleaning the main pan.
- Charging and discharging is through a butterfly valve. A conical adaptor can be provided for fixing charging drum after butterfly valve.
- Unit can be provided with bin charging arrangement.
- All moving parts are enclosed in guards.
A safety railing with a limit switch is provided for operator safety.

Salient Features:- Gas tightness (300 mm 1-120); a special design for inflammable and toxic products is available.
- Suspension elastic dampers avoid high dynamic loads excluding the use of heavy foundations.
- A metallic screen which improves the filtration and allows a smooth cloth movement is mounted on the basket. The filter cloth, anti-adherent, monofilament, is made generally of polypropylene, PTFE cloths are also available.
- C. I .P. system is available for an automatic cleaning of the centrifuge; on request, a version with complete openable frame allowing an access even to the rear part of the basket is available.
- The surface finishing is 180 grit standard; electro polishing is available on request for preventing from bacteria growth.
