We undertake jobs on behalf of all the State Electricity Boards (SEBs) and Private Sector Jobs to lay the Transmission Lines upto and including 400 KV Class.

Our stamping manufacturing unit is located in WADA in Thane district (about 70 kms North of Mumbai, in Maharashtra State) spread over an area of 18 Acre. Having an annual capacity of 24000 MT per annum. Our state-of-the-art production unit is equipped with machines which are unique and available for the first time in the country. Machines such as:

• 360 T High speed machine with 600mm feeder
• 400 T ‘H’ Frame Blanking press with 1250 mm Feeder
• Continuous Exothermic heat treatment Furnace

The range of products are from micro motor stampings to HT motors stampings having a dia up to 1250mm, including the segmental stampings and the larger pole laminations.

Manufacturing of New Power Transformers

We manufacture Power Transformers up to and including 100 MVA/220, KV class. The factory is equipped with latest machineries and testing equipments.

We manufacture a wide range of transformer laminations using Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) steel in grades M6, M5, M4, M3, Hi-B, ZDKH, ORSIH, etc.

We import all our CRGO requirements from various countries viz. Germany, France, Italy, U.S.A and Russia.

Our strength is sourcing CRGO in all grades. We guarantee the quality and losses for the transformers as required by our customers.

We can process laminations utilizing the complete width of CRGO i.e. upto 1000 mm.

We repair, refurbish and upgrade Power Transformers from 5 MVA till 315 MVA, up to 400 KV Class.

We have complete facilities available for augmentation and repairs.
