Estimating / Budgeting
Bimla Builders & Contractors (P) Ltd. is able to provide accurate Estimates/Budgets at all stages of the construction process and for all methods of project delivery:
Preliminary/Conceptual estimates primarily for use in establishing the owners initial budget
Drawing progress review estimates for use in maintaining costs during all stages of the design phase and to incorporate value engineering. These estimates are used primarily in the delivery of design/build or negotiated projects.
Hard dollar estimates based on owner supplied drawings and specifications. These estimates are used primarily in competitive bid lump sum projects. To enhance our position we will evaluate the owners bid documents for constructability and value engineering. Where applicable we will estimate an alternate method of accomplishing construction and offer that as a costs savings from the base bid.
Bimla Builders & Contractors (P) Ltd. is able to accomplish in-house estimates for all items of work self-performed. For those items of work not self-performed we will partner with or seek out competitive bids from a base of qualified subcontractors. In order to provide accurate estimates all factors affecting costs are considered:
Quality of the work required by the owner
Requirements for overtime work that may be needed to meet the owners schedule
Economics of scale which can reduce costs on large projects or conversely, increase costs on small projects

All occupational injuries and illnesses are preventable. This is a realistic goal, not a theoretical objective. All workplace exposures that may result in injuries can be controlled through planning, training and prudent execution of work.
Safety is a condition of employment. The extent of safety responsibility an individual bears is directly proportional to the overall responsibilities for personnel, facilities and equipment held by that individual.
