Binjusaria Ispat manufactures premium quality TMT bars at its newly installed state of the art rolling mill with German technology of THERMEX® process.
Binjusaria Ispat Pvt. Ltd. offers high quality TMT rebars across a range of diameters from 8mm to 32mm with ISI 1786 certificate. As a backward integration process, the company has installed a Steel Melting Furnace and a Continuous Casting Machine (CONCAST) for the production of
M.S. Billets, to ensure quality right from the raw material stage. The main raw materials used for the manufacturing of M.S. Billets are Scrap, Sponge Iron, Cast Iron and Ferro Alloys.
All of the sourced raw materials first pass the scrutiny of our Quality Control Department before they are given approval. Molten Metal is checked and certified by the Q.C. department before being transferred to the Continuous Casting Machine. This is why M.S. Billets manufactured by Binjusaria Ispat Pvt. Ltd., conform to IS 14650:99 standards.

Binjusaria Ispat Pvt. Ltd. has been granted BIS Certification Marks Licence No. 6799915 as per
IS 1786 : 1985 for High Strength deformed steel bars for concrete reinforcement of nominal sizes
8mm to 32mm, Fe 415, 500, 550.
Methods of Testing
Unloading the raw material, truck wise and segregated Heat Nos Wise.
Taking samples for Chemical Analysis, Heat wise & Quantity wise as per BIS specifications.
Segregating the rejected pieces if any, before issuing the raw material for cutting and feeding into the reheating furnace.
After rolling, the sample is cut every half hour and checked for size and section weights. First and Last bars of the lot are cross checked for Chemical Tests such as Carbon % , Manganese % and Silicon %.
