Being located in the heart of the Bulk Drug City, we have a world class infrastructure. Spread over 6,900 sq. mtrs of floor area, our Administrative & Factory Building is provided with contemporary facilities. Our production unit is provided with high tension electricity power load of 250 KVA and have potable water supply round the clock. The total manufacturing unit is designed in compliance with cGMP guidelines. We are provided with all permissions required to produce quality bulk drugs like Drug Manufacturing License 118/HD/AP/96/B/R, & Environment Clearance by Department of Forests (Govt. of India).

Being an ISO 9001:2000 certified quality driven company, we offer high-quality drugs formulations, bulk drugs like veterinary drug, bacteriological peptone, antituberculosis drug, sodium amino salicylate, domperidone pellets, beef extract paste, liver concentrate powder, at competitive prices. We have a well established laboratory with modern equipment & qualified experienced personnel. Its exemplary performance for three consecutive years has prompted the Government of India to award it the status of "EXPORT HOUSE" - a privilege enjoyed only by high performers. We accept the supplies of raw material only if they confirm to our defined standard specifications.
At Biochemical & Synthetic Products Limited, all in-process materials are being monitored stage-wise and any deviations in specifications are thoroughly investigated by department head. A random sample of final product is drawn after drying and only after written confirmation from quality department, the same is pulverized and packed in new air-tight fibre / HDPE drums.

• Equipment: We have Swiss made / imported Bulk Drug multi-purpose plant & equipment like S.S.Reactors, G.L.Reactors, Centrifuges, Leaf Filters,Tray Driers, Fluidized Bed Driers, Pulverizers and Octogonal Blenders etc., having an installed capacity of 400 metric tons per annum.
  
• Maintenance: We are one of the few legends in this sector to provide preventive/ break down maintenance works by our experienced staff under the technical supervision of a Maintenance Engineer.
• Contamination Control: We take necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination that begins with procurement / storage of raw-materials and ends with packaging of finished products. All reactors are checked before proceeding for a production batch and intermediate items & finished products are packed in air tight labelled fibre drums/HDPE Drums.
