We offer high nutritive idli mix, which is soaked long grain rice for 6-7 hours and urad dal for an hour. The converted rice is grinded dry and soaked rice is grinded to a coarse paste. Soaked urad dal is grinded to a fine paste. All three are mixed with salt and allowed to ferment for a day.
