Horizontal Laminar Airflow Clean Benches

Pass Through Boxes
"Bio-cleanair"™ pass through boxes are installed in a manufacturing area to pass through the materials from a un-controlled environment to a controlled environment.
It is cubicle box with doors on both side and they are interlocked. It protects the controlled environment from possible pollution while transferring a material inside. These pass boxes works in similar process of AIR SHOWER and removes such loose particles / dirt from the packed materials transferred the manufacturing area to other places & vice versa in pharmaceutical / electronic / food industries. Air Tents / Modular Type Cleanroom
"Bio-cleanair"™ modular type Clean Rooms / Air Tents will be of vertical airflow with air re-circulation and fresh air taken from the local room area through10-15 micron pre filters and the return air is re-circulated to the HEPA/ULPA pressure plenum through the return-air-raisers located on the sidewalls of the cleanroom. In-order to adjust the fresh air intake a minimum of 10% air exhausted out. The return air collected at below the average working height from floor level.

Sterile Garments Storage Cubicle
"Bio-cleanair"™ Sterile Garments Storage Cubicles having HEPA-filtered vertical airflow, which is discharged to the storage area, creates an ultra-clean work environment at inside to minimize the cross contamination. The garments storage cabinets is consist of UV Lamp for Sterilization, IR Lamp to maintain the temperature, Swing type glass doors. One side inner storage height will be divided into two / three numbers of PU coated MS-CRCA perforated horizontal partition / IS 304 Grade Stainless Steel with matt finish will be provided in the storage cabinet for storing folded garments and other side full height space will be provided for hanging full length used garments through GI / SS hanger. The shoe rack will be provided at the bottom of the cubicle up to 300 mm height.

Positive Pressure Modules
Bio-cleanair"™ Pressure Modules is designed to provide clean air in a small enclosure. These modules feeds two stage filtration primary 5 micron and final 0.3 micron HEPA filtered dust-free air to built-up and maintain positive pressure in the sterile area. The positive pressure effect caused by the module ensures that the air movement is always outside and prevents entry of contaminated air inside the sterile area.
Available in 500 CFM & 1000 CFM airflow capacities based on the room volume in self mounting type, wall mounted, ceiling & window mounted models.

UV Sterile Chamber (Inoculation Hood)
“Bio-cleanair”™ UV sterile chamber is complete air tight enclosure, the worktable is made of IS 304 Grade - polished stainless steel or melamine laminated ply.
