Aerobic Compost System

In aerobic compost system is a totally automatic system no manpower is required to handle the waste and eliminates the use of loaders, transport vehicles, formation of heaps, turning of waste in heaps and more over eliminates the leachate problem so it is environmentally the best option comparatively all other compost systems.

The segregated waste materials after shredded in to pieces of less than 20mm are transferred into the Aerobic Digester through a bucket elevator this reduced size particles enhances the compost process by the Effective Microbes and converted as fertilizer in short time.

In vessel aerobic compost system consists of a bucket elevator for feeding the materials and a transfer conveyor to transport the material to array of compost bins. Air is circulated in the In vessel compost bins through two high pressure blowers by way of specially designed tubes in order to make availability of oxygen in every part of the material present in the compost bins. An Augur is installed at the bottom of the bin to remove the compost.

About Seven bins arranged side by side to process more than 25 Tons per day and the size of the bins vary for higher production. A conveyor collects all the materials from every bin and transfer the same to the

Secondary segregator for further process.
