Biosafe Solutions is a firm started in 2002-2003. The promoter is a Masters of Chemical Technology from Sydney Australia with specialization in corrosion engineering and a Patron of the Electrochemical Society of India, IISC Bangalore.

Biosafe is made of a strong team of experts who include Electrical engineers, Mechanical engineers, Environmental engineer and second line of personnel who are diploma holder in electrical and mechanical engineering.

Biosafe also has a team of Chemists who are M.Sc and B.Sc graduates.

Biosafe specializes in the following fields:

1. Manufacture of Metal pre treatment Chemicals – which include chromium free Antirusters, Oil free antirusters, Zinc Phosphating and Manganese Phosphating chemicals, Chloride free degreasers, Hydrochloric acid free deruster, Phosphoric acid based derusters, Chromium free passivators.

2. Design, Fabricate, Supply, install, commission and operation of Custom made Automatic Phosphate coating plants, Electroplating plant, and Cathodic Electrodeposition coating plants with complete automation, Motorised barrels, PLC controlled Transporters.

3. Design, Fabricate, Supply, install, commission and operation of Custom made automatic effluent treatment plants, Zero discharge ETPs, evaporators and Reverse Osmosis Plants.

4. Zinc Phosphating and Manganese Phosphating Job work under taken – High Volumes and small volumes.

5. Stainless Steel Pickling Job work undertaken for bulk Volumes and big size components.

6. Formulation of Oils and Lubricants project at a starting stage awaiting clearance from pollution control Board.
