Bio Augmentation Products

We offer bio-augmentation products to our clients. Our bio-augmentation process involves the addition of certain specific micro organisms to the system to enhance the overall metabolism process. The concept is based on the fact that there are biologically degradable solids within the waste water. Biological treatment generally involves the use of intrinsic bacteria which are present in the waste water.

They are usually present in very small numbers and may or may not be able to biodegrade a specific contaminant. The indigenous population may act but not quickly enough to prevent the spread of the contaminant. If a rapid response is important, the reliance on small numbers of the indigenous microbial population is not appropriate. The solution for all these problems is by using advance biotechnology via bio-augmentation.

Bio Organic Compounds

Bio organic compounds can degrade toxic and tough compounds, oxidizes the waste into water and gases and synthesis into new cells. It helps in improving quality of treated water as seen in case of Shriram Pistons and Rings Limited where there total suspended solids were reduced to 1.4 mg/l Case Studies

Hotz Industries Limited: After using Biorganic Solution they were able to reduce the consumption of ferrous sulphate from 250 kg per day to 110 kg per day while maintaining the same parameters of treated water. The generation of sludge was also reduced to 250 kg from 500 kg per day.
