We manufacture compact treatment plants which operate on the dual technology of bio degradation and physio chemical treatment. The bio reactor tank is filled to the proper level with the effluent. The bio degradation occurs in the tank where different types of aerobic bacteria grows on the fluidized media provided in the tank. This results in a larger surface area per unit volume for bacteria growth. Diaphragm pumps delivering air are installed above the tank to provide the required dissolved oxygen through diffusers while homogeneously mixing the effluent.

We are specialist in offering electrocoagulation system which are easy to install in premier apartment buildings, hostels, malls, hotels and residential complexes. Noise and odor free it takes about 10% of the space of stp and operates at 50% of the cost of normal stp. It also meets all specifications and norms and is a perfect solution for raw water, cooling tower and pool and waste water. The electrocoagulation plant made by us uses the electrolysis process to remove all the impurities from the surface of water. The action of electrolysis generating hydrogen and oxygen, moves the coagulated and suspended particles to the top, where they are skimmed off the surface and removed. Disadvantages Of Chemicals

• Alum {Al2(SO4)3.18H2O}: It has only 5% active coagulant, rest contributes to increase in salinity, conductivity, acidity and TDS. 10 ppm of alum when added to zero alkalinity water at pH 7 reduces its pH to 3.2, making it acidic. It adds sulphate anions in water increasing sulphidity and TDS.
• PAC {Al2(OH)5Cl}: It has only 5% active coagulant, rest contributes to increase in salinity, conductivity, acidity and TDS. 10 ppm of PAC when added to zero alkalinity water at pH 7 reduces its pH to 4, making it acidic. It adds chloride anions in water increasing its TDS.

Sand and activated carbon filter have a properly designed system, either for gravity feed or pumped feed, depending on the client need. Gravity fed systems are large and bulky but result in better quality of treated waste water. These filters are made of MS plates coated with epoxy or FRP using header and lateral distribution arrangements provided with special grade media for removal of suspended solids, color and reduce odour, taste that maybe present in treated Wastewater. These filters are provided with inlet, outlet, drain went and back washing arrangement. They are available up to 50 M³/ hr flow rate as per the specific need of the client. Activated carbon, used by us, have an iodine value of 1000, the best possible.

Biotech Services offers different type of low / speed agitator / mixer such as radical impeller, pitch turbine type, marine propeller anchor and paddle type agitators. The speeds of these agitators vary from 20-100 rpm, achieved by using worm or helical gear reduction boxes. Flash Mixers and Flocculators are made with powerful motors and well designed gear boxes with hardened Gears. They incorporate shafts and stirrers made of stainless steel 304 or 316 as required by the Client’s effluent. Agitation / mixing of chemicals is also be achieved by fine / coarse bubbling against specific needs by polymer fine bubble diffusers and diaphragm pumps.

An inert media is required for attached growth of microbes meaning to degrade / oxidize organic solids in waste water treatment. The attached growth systems results in requirement of lower retention time and aeration. We use high class co polymers for moulding these specially designed systems which have a very high surface area to volume ratio about 320 to 350 sq. meters per cubic meter.

Stormix aerators are highly energy efficient and rate of transfer of oxygen / H.P., in a Bio augmentation plant surpasses any other aerator. They are dependent on the air intake rate, which varies as per the motor submergence. At normal submergence of 0.70m, the air intake capacity (for a 5 H.P. Aerator) is about 80 m3/ hr. Their release in form of micronized bubbles imparts about 210-215 Kg oxygen / day under normal ETP conditions. The unit is specially engineered for Bio augmentation applications, with improved and deeper reaching mixing currents. This air is released in the highly turbulent zone, causing micronization of air bubbles. This activity results in very high oxygen transfer rates. The stormix aerators are thus the most energy saving aeration devices.

Biotech Services offer highly efficient tube settlers for clarification and separation of' suspended solids from the waste waters. These tube settlers are fabricated out of MS plate or installed in RCC Tanks by utilizing PVC tube deck. The tube deck is most effective for settling with or without coagulation and / or flocculation. High settling surface area, leads to a very effective settling but in a small tank volume and effective retention time is also reduces tremendously. These tube settlers are designed to the specific requirement of the customer. For greater effluent flows, it is recommended to use clarifier systems in RCC Tanks.

I. The characteristics of good life products UV systems are:

• We design UV disinfection systems having a minimum flow rate of 200 LPH (ltrs/ hour) up to any capacity required
• The units are designed to operate from a power supply of standard current: 240 V 50 hertz, single phase
• Smaller and medium flow rate (Models GL1 to GL55) are wall units
