Our engineering staff works with our design engineers to provide value-added products and product enhancements. Throughout the implant design, development, testing stages, we work in concert with our technicians to develop optimal implant design and to engineer cost-effecting, statistically capable manufacturing processes and inspection processes.

CAD operators using solid works software transform concepts into final designs and manufacturing drawings.

FABRICATION

Our skilled machinists work in house with the best equipment available. When required, we work with local testing labs to insure specification, safety and efficacy of products.

PRODUCTION

Our extensive manufacturing plant produces thousands of parts each month. These parts are assembled for product orders as small as one piece, and as large as 20,000 pieces.
