Automatic bottle washing machine is suitable for cleaning various types of bottles from 5 ml. To 1000 ml. Fluid Bed dryer manufactured by us is ideal for drying calcinations. Granules, coarse or similar materials can be efficiently dried using fluid bed dryer. It comes with built-in filters. It is small in size and takes less time for drying. Operation: due to induced draft created by specially designed heavy duty fan, the atmospheric air is drawn through air filter. The filtered air is then heated to the required temperature by electric/ steam radiator. The hot air passes through the product container and the product gets dried by air fluoridation.

The air circulation is controlled by damper. The filter bag prevents fine particles from carrying over to exhaust air stream. Selection: selection of capacity of fluid bed dryer depends upon bulk density, drying temperature and moisture contents of wet material to be dried. In case of 120 kg. Model a batch of 145 kg. Wet material can be loaded provided the bulk density of the material is 0.6 kg./lit. (Approx). Pharmaceutical granules with 20-25% moisture can be dried in 30-45 minutes at 80 C approximately.

Here the direction of flow of liquid is exactly opposite to the flow in standard filter i.e. the impure liquid to be filtered enters the filter from the bottom into the center channel and goes to the top of each plate. The clear filtrate flows out from openings on side of plates to the shell and then to the outlet. This flow ensure almost 100% filtration of the liquid which is not so with the standard flow type. Horizontal filter press (sparkler type) is used for crystal clear filtration of pharmaceuticals. Chemicals, beverages, oil, ink and other products.

Our pharmaceutical filter press consists of a filter cartridge assembly with stainless steel filter plates, support screens interlocking cups. SS pressure vessel with lid. SS pump etc. It is mounted on SS trolley with castor wheels for mobility. The liquid is pumped into the vessel where it enters into the individual plates and filtered through the filter cloth or paper and comes out through a central channel formed by interlocking cups. The cake formed between the plates can be obtained if required. It can be provided with different types of pumps depending on the viscosity of liquid and output i.e. centrifugal pump. Gear pump lobe pump etc. All contact parts in SS 304/ 316 quality & mirror polished. MS/SS jacket can be provided for hot filtration.
