Tyre Test System

We are one of the reckoned organizations providing Tyre Test System that feature two carriages with spindle assemblies and has the ability to test two tyres simultaneously. These Bi-00-607 BiSS Tyre Test System assesses static, as well as dynamic properties of tyres, including durability under both constant and road simulation loading. Besides, the wheel load is adjustable with maximum load of 100 kN and efficiently applied through two servo hydraulic actuators. These systems can test tyres varying from 300 mm in diameter to a maximum of 1700 mm in diameter, while these can test the tyre against a steel drum rotating at about a speed of upto 300 kmph. These can measure different forces and moments acting between the tyre and drum with tests as per the ECE, DOT and SAE standard practices. Moreover, these systems include a meshed door around the testing area and an enclosure surrounding the belt running on the motor. These are integrated with mechanical stoppers, proximity sensors and software limits that prevent the wheel rim to get in association with the high speed rotating drum, provided if the tyre bursts.

CV Joint Test System

CV Joint Test System

We are engaged in offering different types of Bi-00-603 BiSS CV Joint Test System that are known for constant velocity testing as per SAE J 2028. These testing systems evaluate the quality of CV joints by simulating the potential movements as in automobiles. Besides, these two mounting bolted on the frame support a hydraulic motor and a torque load cell paired with transducers for precision measurement. These systems also provides customized grips to hold the test specimen tightly.

 

Following are the applications as per SAE J 2028:

 

  • Articulation torque test to measure the torque required to rotate the shaft, when articulated at any point between 0 to 50 degrees
  • Measures backlash of the joint, maximum articulation angle, maximum articulation angle and force at any articulation angle from 50 degrees
  • Optional testing under cold temperatures upto -400 C
  • Optional testing under hot temperatures upto 2000 C

Steering Durability Test System
