Bi-Axial Machine

We are engaged in providing Bi-Axial Low Force Test System, which is useful for testing “cruciform” created thin sheet specimens with or without notches like cracks under biaxial loading conditions. Bi-00-501 series include a biaxial load frame four servo electric actuator assemblies with built-in digital position sensors, load cells and the BiSS 2360 multi-actuator control system. Even in the event of non-uniform displacement on any one of the four tabs, the control software and hardware facilitates continued retention of specimen center position.

Under static as well as low frequency cyclic conditions, the capability for both in-phase and out-of-phase biaxial loading provides complete solution for testing thin films and sheets. At controlled temperature, the test system facilitates testing of specimens submerged at controlled temperature. Moreover, the application of non-contact video extensometry is another option.
