Uniaxial Shake Table

Our clients can avail from us Uniaxial Shake Table, which is designed with a natural frequency to exceed 100 Hz. It is also ensured that the c g of the test object can elevated upto 1000 mm above the table and can also lie anywhere within the table. On models and engineering qualification of assemblies and components for vibration and earthquake resistance, seismic simulation, solid liquefaction and vibration tests are conducted with the help of this table. Engage with the linear bearings, the precision machined rails provide the linear horizontal movement. An electronically servo controlled low noise, variable pressure, variable flow and energy efficient pump. Moreover, a data acquisition and digital control system is also available, which have facilities to connect a large variety of transducers. This system can also be customized as per client’s requirements.

Multi Axis Shake Table

Multi Axis Shake Table

We are known for our Multi Axis Shake Table, which is used to test durability and performance of sub –assemblies and automotive components. The digital control system is user friendly and facilitates reproducible operation. Moreover, the application software fulfills various testing needs. With upto six degrees of freedom (6DOF), vibration inputs can be generated either individually or collectively. The piston rod is isolated from the side loads and lateral accelerations by the double acting, double ended equal area servo actuators with swivel mounting on each ends. To transfer displacements to the table, all actuators are coupled with suitable lever arms and react vertically into the reaction mass. Any desired 6DOF table motion history is enforced by real-time software, at speeds restricted only by pump capacity. We also customize our range as per client’s requirements.
