Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Multi Actuator Test System, which is a complete integrated mobile unit capable of controlling upto 8 actuators. This unit comes with air-cooled hydraulic power packs and has unambiguous and simple external connectivity. All kinds of system components can be accessed by this device. In order to connect force and stroke transducers, this system facilitates mil sockets with pin out markings. With the quick release sockets available, easy actuator connection is possible. Two unique feature of this system are safety limit interlock and individual port pressure indicators. As the system is castor mounted, it can be relocated easily. For cooling, no external utilities are required. A 2360 controller with 8 channels of load cell and LVDT signal conditioning provides power to the system. With electronics supporting strain gages, LVDTs and high level inputs, upto 60 channels of data acquisition is possible. In an air-conditioned enclosure, which is a part of the system chassis, the data acquisition and integrated control system along with host PC with large TFT panel display are housed.
