Makron

Our Bi–00-101 Makron Test System is easy to install and do not require any kind of cooling process. This single foot print assembly comes with a hydraulic powerpack, enclosure housing and a controller. Provision to mount actuator on top and the Llad frame with a T-slot bed may be located on the top of enclosure. We offer these systems ranging from 5 to 50 kN. Different types of static and dynamic tests can be performed by this system. In order to measure dynamic growth of tire during, laser based optical system is provided as per requirements.

Nano Plug n Play

Nano Plug n Play

We are known for our Bi-00-201 Series Nano Plug n Play test systems, which fulfills various mechanical testing requirements. In the 5 to 25 kN force range of static and dynamic loading, strength, fatigue and fracture of devices can be tested. There is no requirement of special utilities and site preparation such as 3-phase supply or water cooling. The system can be used by plugging it into 15 A mains socket like any other office equipment. For low cost testing application in engineering colleges and R & D unit, this system proves useful. With 24-bit data acquisition and digital signal conditioning, complete digital servo-control can be attained for load cell, stroke and extensometry.
