We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Transducers, which delivers excellent performance. These devices are compatible with any strain gage electronics. We also offer our range in different sizes and specifications. The different types of Transducers, offered by us, are explained below:

Load CellsOur organization is engaged in providing different types of tension-compression Load Cells, which can be mounted on cross heads, actuators, platens and different types of fixtures. To side loads, the shear web load cells are relatively insensitive. These load cells contains seamless tension-compression and excellent linearity response with virtual absence of hysterisis. The circuitry of these cells are suitable for auto-calibration against internal shunt. Hence, there is no requirement of on-site installation during the installation process. These cells are manufactured using superior quality steel. With Transducer Class strain gauges from Micro Measurements, USA, the sensitive element is wire-cut and instrumented along with bonded resistor networks for temperature compensation and bridge balance. Moreover, potential process-related residual strains are eliminated by two-step curing. Standard Features: - Optional backing plate
- Relatively insensitive to side loads
- Precision machined
- 350 Ohm bridge resistance
- Shear web design
- Auto calibrated

Axial Extensometers | We are engaged in providing different types of Axial Bi – 06 – 3XX series Extensometers, which are used to test advanced composite, polymers and metals. These are compact, light weight and rugged. In order to perform tensile, compression and cyclic tests, these devices are used to test round and flat specimens. For auto-calibration against internal shunt reference these extensometers include circuitry. During installation process, the need for on-site calibration can be obviated.
Some of the highlighting features of our range of Axial Extensometers are mentioned below:
- Operational in tensile and compression mode
- Small in size and light in weight
- Full strain bridge construction
- Easy mounting on to the specimen
- Internal shunt reference for easy calibration
Applications:
- Bio medical test
- Low cycle fatigue
- Testing of wire materials and thin sheet materials
- Tensile test

Averaging ExtensometerBiSS averaging extensometers are self-supporting type and can be mounted easily on to the specimen. These extensometers are designed for testing compressive strengths on rock, concrete and large compression samples. The output is the average of the two axial strain readings measured on opposite side of the test specimen. These averaging extensometers can be used for several thousands of tests without damage. Gage lengths from25 to 100 mm and measuring ranges from 6 to 12.5 mm are available.
Applications :
• Compression testing on rock and concrete • Compression testing on large compression samples Specifications :
| Excitation | 10 VDC nominal | | Output | 2 to 4 mV/V nominal | | Linearity | 0.3% or better | | Temperature | Up to 800 C | | Cable | Integral, Ultra flexible 3 meter standard cable |
Additional Specifications :
| Model No | Gage length, mm | Measuring range, mm | | Bi-06-350 | 50 | +/-12.5 | | Bi-06-351 | 100 | +/-12.5 | | | Request for Details & Quotation |
High Temperature COD Gages | High Temperature COD Gages, offered by us, are water cooled and suitable fracture mechanics testing and used for temperatures upto 12000 C. These gages can be mounted easily on optional load frame support brackets and split tube furnace.
The round edged alumina rods of these gages in contact with the test sample are provided in different lengths, which is suits the furnace used for testing. With any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers, these strain gaged COD gages are compatible. Moreover, for auto-calibration against internal shunt reference, circuitry is included. Thus there is no need of on-site calibration during the installation process.
Applications:
- Fracture mechanics
- Fatigue crack propagation
Standard Features:
- Compatible with any strain gage electronics
- Full strain gaged bridge construction
- Internal shunt reference for auto calibration
- In accordance with standard practices
- Rugged, dual flexural design for strength and improved performance
Optional features:
- Furnace mounting brackets
- Connectors to interface with any brand test equipment
